This online educational workshop will be facilitated by Erin Wysong-Warren, LPC-Supervisor, CSAT, CPTT, and for the February 20–22, 2026 online session only, will be co-facilitated by Dr. Ken Adams, internationally recognized expert on enmeshment, covert emotional incest, and family systems. The workshop is conducted through Zoom and has been designed to assist women in focusing on specific issues they confront when dealing with enmeshment.
Women who have had an enmeshed relationship with either their mother or father and who struggle with a range of problems including commitment issues, self-esteem challenges, sexual dysfunction, over-caretaking, and addiction will benefit from this session. This is a uniquely designed workshop specifically for women and is limited to 3–4 women per workshop to ensure a highly personalized and supportive experience.

Understand the impact of enmeshment on their sexuality

Cope with underlying feelings of obligation, anger, and guilt
